Completely set up for your arrival.  No previous RV experience is necessary.  Each unit sleeps up to six and have all the conveniences of home.  Our luxury campers are on riverfront sites.

Full kitchen,    Private Baths,     Central A/C and Heat,    Cable,     TV and Stereo

*Rent on of our luxury campers, just bring linens, personal items and your favorite foods.

LUXURY CAMPER RATES FOR 2010 SUMMER SEASON

Family of 4                        $ 135.00 per night

Additional Guests           $ 25.00 per night

POLICIES

Deposits - A 50% Deposit is required at the time of reservation. Reservations are not held or confirmed until a deposit is received. Deposits may be paid by cash, money order, check or credit card. Final balances are due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival date must be paid for in full at the time of reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds - Due to the nature of our business and the limited amount of space cancellations or "no shows" do not qualify for a refund. If however, you are forced to cancel we will gladly apply your payment less a 20% handling fee to a future stay within the current year. This does not apply to "no shows".

Minimum Stays  - There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends during May and June. There is a 3 night minimum on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends. There is also a 2 night minimum on certain weekends during July and
